Reviews

Allen Halas, Breaking & Entering

Guerrilla Ghost are here to celebrate the 4th of July as only they know how – by providing social commentary via their new album, “The Fool.” The new album is 12 songs that take a look at America and all of its flaws, from systemic racism to a false sense of patriotism that is celebrated by the current administration. Previously released single “With Liberty” feels especially poignant for the holiday, and tracks like “Taylor Greene” prove that the group still have as much bite as ever with razor-sharp flows. While there’s slightly less screaming this time around, there’s no shortage of aggression, and for entirely valid reasons.
